I am
saddened to inform you that after issue #18 GIJ will no longer be published.
This was the result of many different reasons. Should the situation change, I
will certainly look at bringing it back into print.
Refunds are going out to all paid subscribers prorated for what they are
owed. I will not short change anyone not leave anyone. This will be hard to do
for overseas readers, but I am trying my best. Should you feel we owe you
mmoney, and have not been contacted by the end of May 1999, please let us know.
Refunds for France took a little longer, but should be done by now.
The GIJ Message
Center will keep going in hopes it will continue to be of use to someone
